I can't say enough about this facility. The nurses there are awesome, JaDonna,, is exceptional!!! This young lady is awesome, awesome, awesome. I will be making this my Primary facility of care. It's clean, the staff is great and it's an all-in-one, which includes dental and optometry. Love it!!!!!

I have used JC Lewis for about 17 years after my motorcycle accident I ended up seeing the psychiatrist Dr Fieldstien which I didn't know is one of the leading neuropsychiatrist in the southeast he was the one who diagnosed my brain injury from the motorcycle accident I had used the clinic for Primary Care because I did not have insurance. Seeing him because i knew something was not at all right I had fractured my neck fractured my back and knee cap lost the tip of my right ear.I was having issues with speech, walking, emotions, anger , memory and anxiety to the point I was having cardiac infractions havng issues with my left side especially my hand the nuerosurgen was just saying it's normal it will get better. It infact was not getting better I felt hopeless to the point I was suicidal I just could not understand what was going on Within my mind. Some one suggested seeing a psychiatrist since I was seeing the clinic as Primary Care I scheduled with Dr feldstein he had asked several questions I was still in my neck brace and back brace he asked had I been in an accident we told him about the motorcycle accident and having hit my head helmet the hard shell came off and he said my dear I believe you may have suffered a brain injury I was like what...well he did all kinds of test and sure enough I have a TBI in the right tempral lobe just knowing was like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders through medication and therapy I am doing better than I ever thought and I had no idea that he was a neuropsychiatrist kind of like it was meant to be. He has since retired. I will be seeing the new psychiatrist soon. Dr Adam's is my primary he is a awesome doctor. He knows what he is doing and knows my history so I love my doctor he is very caring he always gets me better. The staff from nurses to the office personnel are fantastic. Grateful to have them in our community. Karen Ribera
