My daughter has been the ER since 1030am this morning and has not been checked on in over 7 freakin hours. They finally took samples and put her back in the waiting room. This hospital service sucks. So now I have arrived at the hospital and it’s a joke. Nearly 60 people in the er waiting room, one person at the counter. Hell, the dead get faster treatment. This hospital administrator needs to get their act together. This would not be acceptable at Kaiser.

Terrific nursing staff for preop and some of the best doctors and surgeons in the US.

I have had many mammograms, some done at Memorial, but this last visit was the most uncomfortable I have ever had.

Yes, Now that's not normal.
I downloaded the my chart app, just type in my chart to which ever App Store you have and it’ll pop up. Once you download it you can input which facilitates you go to for care!
Unfortunately, can answer about this physician; had Mammogram done here.

Yes. Those are the insurances that I have.
While people are in the ER, you can have up to 2 visitors at any time as well.
It's called My chart.
No, this hospital is Memorial Health University Medical Center.
All people should start with the nursing staff of your family doctor (or general practitioner).
Did you try main switchboard number?
I'm not sure, call billing and they should be able to help you better.
I'm not sure, but if you call and ask for billing I believe they will be able to help you. I hope this helps.
Yes. Plus valet parking Monday thru Friday from 7:30 - 3:30.

You may need a referral from your primary, pain management, or other specialist doctor that you now see. If you see someone regularly ask for a referral. Hope all is well or gets better. ❤
No, I asked a primary nurse and her response was "I don't know, we only got her last night".... how do you not know what's going on with a patient who has been there for over a week? I need to speak to some who can actually DO something besides kill my mother!! Thank you anyway.
Yes, if there is not an interpreter available that knows a language, including sign, they have portable video confencing tablets to connect with interpreters remotely.
Ask your doctor
Turn into the main entrance from Waters onto Ruben ClarkDr, follow the road to the main entrance and the 100 building is to the left of the main entrance. (The building will be in your right)
Since being privately owned, the service and care for patients has gone down hill!!!! RUN, DON'T WALK, RUN TO ANOTHER FACILITY!!! THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ANYMORE!
Main entrance visitors elevator 5th floor
Yes and it is horrible
You can google memorial health map and one shows up. Also, they should have them at the lobby desk and most nursing stations.
Don't have a clue on that one, because I just moved down here from Atlanta. Sorry
