Never call when there is issues with a pair of glasses your order and never call when they are ready for pick up. They will tell you your contacts are not in the store then call you 20 minutes after you leave the store that your contacts are ready for pickup. Not great customer service and Crystal is not helpful at all and even says she does not know what to do.
