This place is freaking awesome. The environment was welcoming with great art work everywhere. The people there are so friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place for everyone. Me, my mom, and sister where walk-ins and from start to finish it only took an hour. Just bring cash if you're a walk-in, but they do have atm. I give them 10 🌟's!!!!!!

Spoke to front desk, they told me my request would be no problem, I should just send an online request. I send an online request, no response. A week later, I call again and am told someone will be in contact. Again, no contact. A few days later, I call again, this time the front desk tells me they will text the artist. The artist finally responds to my email about scheduling an appointment and I respond 6 minutes later. A day goes by and there is no response; I email again, the artist responds to tell me they’ve forwarded it to another artist as they’re not working the day I requested. The next day I call the shop, they tell me they will call me back, a few hours later and there’s no call back. I call again, they say they will call back, and 10 minutes later they call back. And, the artist isn’t available for another month. I’ve worked with a lot of professional artists. I’m used to art taking time. In this situation, no art was ever made. This wasn’t a ‘creativity takes time’ situation. It was simply unprofessional.
