Love this place 5 stars.😄 Dr. Sherry Lexington is my doctor. She is in my opinion the best. Considerate, kind, listens to you, friendly, cares about your health and needs, also very helpful.Try her out you will change your minds on rating anything but 5 stars.

I just got an email sent from JPS last week, to inform me that doctor Kancharla was not working at the JPS diamond hill clinic anymore because I was her patient before. I feel sorry for all patients at whatever clinic she's coming. When I was her patient, once I talked to her about my concerning with my blood glucose getting higher and because diabetes runs in my family, her respond and I quote "Don't worry about diabetes, many people have it, my grandfather has it" What kind of doctor is this? If she didn't care about her grandfather or entire her family health, that's her stupidity. I care about my health. Btw, to said so, she showed she is absolute not a good doctor in any way, professionally or passionately. I looked up and found out she was not trained and graduated from US medical schools. The last time I came to see her with appointment which was set 2 months before, not as they squeezed me in her busy schedules. After medical assistant took me in to prep (weight, temp, bp check, what I came for...), she told me : "dr. Kancharla will be with you". But I waited and waited. I even came out of that room to looked around and saw nobody at all, it wasn't a busy day. After I waited 45 minutes from the time medical assistant told me, I walked out of there and nobody even noticed. Only, when I came out to front desk and told them, they ran in to find out, they said "oh, dr is going to seee you" Well, too late, I don't want to waste my times and wait for "dr" googling to search what should she do if the patient got those symptoms. I could go home and google it myself. There were more, not just two incidents above that made me not to put my trust in this doctor but too long to say it all. Smh

It's fast, not chaotic like the main JPS. The nurses and front desk, are very professional and friendly..I have nothing, but good things to say about the Deen Rd JPS. Thank you for all you do guys❤❤

Dr.Shelton is awesome she’s polite and makes you feel comfortable recommend her highly if you are a new patient or want to find someone else.
