I have never felt more comfortable and welcomed at a doctors office before. Lindsey Wilson FNP is amazing. She listens, has empathy, explains things very well and doesn’t make you feel bad about yourself. The front desk ladies are so kind and warm. The nurses are helpful, kind and really make the process smooth. I highly suggest South Hilyard Clinic to anyone looking for a doctor!

For the first time in my adult life I feel like my doctor actually cares about my health and doesn’t brush me off. The reception staff is wonderful as well!!! So responsive and friendly. Changed providers to Dr. Alloway and so happy I did. Dr. Alloway looked at me, not the computer, during our visit. She really gave me the impression she was hearing me and cared what I had to say. She didn't hesitate to tell me something was beyond her scope of practice and would require a specialist. For a provider to sit across from me and make eye contact with me during my entire appointment was priceless. She had obviously reviewed my computer chart prior to entering the exam room, and I can't begin to say how much I appreciate that style of care.

Audrey Eden is by far one of the best providers I have ever come in contact with. I have never met another provider who listens, cares and really wants to find the best solution to the condition/issue that is going on like she does. Audrey always takes the time to explain in detail the treatment plan and possible side effects. If something doesn’t work, than she is always knowledgeable about what step to take next. Audrey and her team are prompt to call in prescriptions when needed and an automated call will even let you know that it’s been called in when they’ve completed the request! I am so happy to have found her and South Hilyard to call my Primary Care Home. The medical staff from front desk to medical assistants are all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommended Audrey Eden.
