UPDATE: 7/15/22 After a recent unpleasant experience, I unfortunately feel compelled to remove 2 Stars (-⭐) from my original review. As a patron who spent a large sum of money at this business every month, I will no longer be shopping at this establishment. The one (and only) time that I tired to return a defective cartridge - a very... abrasive employee refused my return, with attitude, stating they "tested it" in the back and it worked fine. I explained that this was not the case regarding the vape pen that I use at home, though my reasoning fell upon deaf ears. It was a unpleasant experience. Original Review: A fantastic 4 star (⭐) marijuana dispensary. The Herbal Connection offers a great selection of extremely high quality bud on their "Elite" menu. Other stuff is also of good caliber and variety. Staff is super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Prices are moderate to high, though they offer pretty decent daily deals (check into Saturdays). There is also ample parking & they have a solid adherence to safety standards in our post COVID-19 world. The place is legit. As mentioned above, 4 out of 5 stars.

This place has a pretty good selection of edibles and good prices on those products as well, but no sativa OZ’s at about a hundred dollars? That’s kinda disappointing.

They have a lot of stuff but service was lacking. My usual place was closed. I hadn’t been to THC for a year or so and it was close so I figured I’d try it out. Told the ‘tender I needed help getting to bed, the stain “9lb hammer” has worked well for me in the past. He just looked at me like I was an a$$hole, offered no suggestions, it seemed like he was pretty over it. I work with the public so I get the burn out but there were only a couple people behind me. He couldn’t recommend a tincture so I just bought a random one and a random indica from the highest shelf they had. Again, no help picking the flower, I said “dealers choice“ and he just seemed annoyed. Maybe they’re just too big and/or too busy to provide a more personal experience anymore.

Good dispensary, really liked the variety, especially in prerolls! Upon arriving, and depending on the time of day, you may be required to wait in line outside to enter. I actually really appreciate the accommodation, they have a nice covered port for you to stand under while you wait! Once inside, great vibe, I was helped quickly by a really friendly bud tender. When it’s my first time in a disp., I like to ask for recommendation, and buddy was excellent at showing me some good options for what I was looking for. Thank you for the good experience!

Because you may have set yourself up for that. You get what you give. I never had that problem. The current staff there build a rapport with their customers. They meet them halfway. Its good customer service. They dont get paid enough to deal with another customers b.s. i think maybe you should take into consideration that you arent the only customer they have had to serve that day. Its definitely a profession that takes a toll on your kindness. You can only be jipper for so long before it wears you out. I actually wait till my fave budtenders are working. Or i ask for them by name. Theres quite a few of them there that would kindly serve you and if you had questions they would answer them to their best of their ability and knowledge.
