SO delicious. They have an amazing pretzel grilled cheese that the press in the waffle maker, and they have a balsamic caramel sauce that is to die for. Absolutely eat here!!!

Delicious hand crafted food! I had the Fried Chicken and Gouda Waffle sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside and smothered in melty gouda. A lovely addition to my Oakshire beer!

We have transitioned to new ownership recently and are increasing our times and locations weekly. Currently we are scheduled to open most Monday and Tuesdays 4-9 at Ninkasi Tasting room. Thursdays 11A-2PM at Penfed Credit Union at 400 Country Club Rd, and Fridays 4-9 at Heritage Distillery on Madison St near 1st Ave. Eugene Street Food app has additional times and locations, including festivals and events in our great city.
