I had made an appointment two weeks in advance to get my windshield replaced. I arrived at the shop at 12:45pm for my 1:00pm appointment. Checked in everything was fine until 45 minutes later I was informed a new part for my windshield was broken and my windshield could not be replaced. I understand things happen, but not having good customer is inexcusable. The shop did nothing to make things right for wasting my entire afternoon. Potential customers be aware this might happen to you. I would reach out to management, but I’m assuming their attitude will be the same as their employees. They could care less they dropped ball by not checking their parts.

Everything went smoothly. They have a large spread out waiting area. Euphoria Chocolates is across the road. Next to the Amazon Creek Trail and the EMX Bus Line. I was prepared to spend the morning, but they had everything done in an hour.

Safelite was able to get a window replacement days or maybe even weeks sooner than other shops I called. They worked with my insurance, kept me updated, and got me in and out with a new window. They even did a free wrap on the door while I waited so I didn't have to worry about the rain. Super friendly folks. Great work.
