able to book online which is great but the wait was long. The entire appointment took 3 hours and I had to wait 4 hours to get my prescription at pharmacy so I felt awful the whole day sick. Waiting room was quiet and not very welcoming; would recommend soft music.

Had a serious medical emergency and sat in the waiting room for an hour to speak to RN for 3 minutes, only to be told I need to go to the ER. Nothing was done at Urgent Care. The RN apologized for my wait and said she would not bill me because she had to send me directly to the ER, due to not being able to rule out appendicitis. I immediately left to the ER. I WAS BILLED $485.79 to my insurance under CPTcode 99204. Nothing under this code was done. IF U HAVE GOOD INSURANCE THAT WILL BLINDLY PAY BILLS, THIS PLACE MAY BE GREAT. I have to pay $395.87 out of pocket, so I did take notice. I did call and explain the discrepancy. “The bill was reviewed and that is the charge for the office visit.” This is obviously unethical and could be legally pursued. This is the only place I used to go for basically all of my families medical needs. Unfortunately, I will never go back even though the staff at the location have always been very polite and professional.

Front Staff takes the time to remember you and greets you. Back Staff and Doctor is caring, considerate and understanding. You leave feeling heard, respected, and taken care of. What more can a patient ask for?

The staff at the Nova Urgent Care on 13th in Eugene were very friendly and accommodating. I signed in and needed to pick up my grandson before they could see me. They indicated on my chart when I would return and they took me right in when I returned. The receptionist, nurse, and PA we're all friendly and they took great care of me. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.
