My wife and I went here for the first time. The doctor we saw was very compassionate and thorough. She made both of us feel heard and like we were able to get all of our needs addressed. The doctor was very informative and made us feel supported and empowered in our health decisions. We're glad to have made this our new medical home.

Me and my boyfriend each had appts at Kaiser in the last few months. We were very impressed at the efficiency, barely waited and process was easy. Most importantly we both thought all the staff were extremely friendly and kind, the acted like they actually cared and wanted to get to know us. As someone who gets nervous going to the doctor, this was very comforting, all questions were answered and didn't feel rushed out the door. Facility was clean and welcoming.

I have been a kaiser member in Hawaii and in Oregon. I will say that when I am at my appointments in person the staff has been extremely pleasant and helpful and the doctors are perceptive to your concerns however, they are clearly overwhelmed as at least my doctor does not seem to remember my condition that THEY diagnosed each time I see them and the chronic symptoms resulting from the diagnosis. I don’t know if there has been a recent company policy change but previously when I have done labs/imaging my doctors have called me and explained my test results within 1-3 days. Now each time I want any results explained I need to book an additional appointment which has been FRUSTRATING. The appointment slots are only available 2-3 weeks out if you want to see your primary care physician. You can see how annoying this can be if you have abnormal results and want to understand what this means especially if you need further testing. I typically wait 20 mins after my scheduled video appointment to get ahold of the doctor and of course the explanation of the results last 5 minutes all which could have been explained during a phone call. I had lab results which were abnormal waited 2 weeks for them to be explained and an ultrasound appointment related to my labs and now need to wait another 2 weeks for an explanation even though the results have been posted. I understand that the pandemic has put a lot of stress on the healthcare system and I hope this type of treatment is only temporary because it is certainly stressful and not easy for those who can’t take off that much time from work.

The new Kaiser location is a little bit hard to find in this complex of identical buildings. It is the very first building on your left as you pull into the garden way complex, the parking lot is around the backside. Kaiser does not have appointments for things like flu shots, rather a walk-in system. This would be fine except I just spent almost 45 min waiting for a flu shot when I could’ve been in and out of a Walmart or Walgreen In five minutes if Kaiser covered any location but its own. Luckily the waiting room is comfortable.

After being a member of Kaiser Permanente for over a year save yourself and do not go to this facility ever. You Get better care and better treatment anywhere else.
Yes, there is a KP pharmacy at chase gardens
Yes it does.
I have to agree with this other person don't go to Kaiser Permanente. I've been trying to get treatment for a back injury for almost 8 months now.... This place is a dumpster fire save yourself and do not go to Kaiser Permanente
The problem with Kaiser is not its system but the politics of Eugene. If you have Kaiser in Salem or Portland, you can get support 24 hours, have it all streamlined and the best ever! Talk to your city council about why kaiser has to subcontract almost all of their referrals
Didn't go there
I think that's a better question to ask KP about directly. Because of patient privacy issues I doubt you'll get a response in a public forum like this.
Peace Health is two + months out, Kaiser being a month out is better. But yeah you got to think a head these days. They do have limited "same day" slots, but you need to get there in the morning and wait and no guarantee your assigned provider will see you
