In the Eugene/Springfield area it is Mon and Wed 6-7:30 @ 2nd & Van Buren, Tues 1-3 and Fri 12-5 @ the Alliance office (1195 City View) and Thurs in Springfield @ 18th and A St. They also do exchange times in Cottage Grove.

Its at the HIV Alliance on Fridays from 1:00 pm To 5:00 pm on City View. 1195 City View St just off west 11th. Monday nights (except holidays) 6:00 pm to 7:15/7:30 pm @1st and Blair Wednesday nights 6:00 pm to 7:15/7:30 pm@ 1 st and Blair.
