In the Eugene/Springfield area it is Mon and Wed 6-7:30 @ 2nd & Van Buren, Tues 1-3 and Fri 12-5 @ the Alliance office (1195 City View) and Thurs in Springfield @ 18th and A St. They also do exchange times in Cottage Grove.
The location for Monday and Wednesday has moved to W.4th and Washington
