The Doctors Are Very Professional ,Caring,Detailed in medical advice.The Receptionists do their best getting you in and out. I love My PA Dr. Billy Klein. I travel 30 miles to McKinney Clinic to see my Doctor. My experience has been great for the last 10 years!!! Thanks. MCKINNEY STAFF!!!

Hey Alta Lowman! It’s not very professional to purposely hang up on your patients/clients. Oh and Carolyn, you’re putting people in danger (and I’m pretty sure you’re breaking the law) by not wearing gloves when you perform venipuncture, needlesticks, and handle other bodily fluids while on duty. (Prime witness right here.) This place’s staff, professionalism, and health and safety standards need to be inspected/evaluated immediately!!!

I was told to get to the walk-in at 1:30 and they never opened the door no one came to the door I called the office she was no help she just told me that they wouldn’t answer the phone and at 2 o’clock I’m still sitting here waiting for help. I walked up and knocked on the door and looked in no one was there CANT GET ANY HELP!!!!!

Today is Wednesday. Website says they're open at 8:30 a.m. they are not. They open at 10. And then they notify you that they do walk-ins from 8:30 to 10:30 but they're not open. So when I come home they said oh yeah 10:30 to 12 for walk-ins no nevermind it's 8:30 to 10:34 walk ins and we drove 45 minutes to get here and I don't even know when they're open it or what they're doing. The receptionist is awful and rude...

They do offer services but it is $30 for each visit if your insurance doesn't cover dental services.

All income accepted. They have a scale from A to D I believe. If your income is very low for your household u will fall in the A category which is $20 a visit I think. My income is close to 4k a month with 7 family members n I pay $30 a visit. Hope this helps
