They were open but said they were close when I had to make an emergency stop there to get my spare tire put on after running over a bottle at the store in the area. I called triple A and got my spare put on in their parking lot. As I waited they didn't leave until 8 pm like the Google time said even though at 6:58 pm they told me they close at 7 pm.

As many stated before me, appointments mean nothing and unless you are standing there with a whip, they will not do anything. I had a 4 pm appointment to patch a hole. Went in the day before for diagnostics so the appointment was specifically to fix it. When I arrived, I was told that with the current volume it will be 2-3 hours. Not sure why they made my appointment if they couldn’t get to my car at that time. Thee hours later I called and was told they couldn’t find the lock and they supposedly tried calling me. I had no missed calls, no voicemail and they had my email as they just sent me my invoice. I insisted the lock was there so they made an effort to lock for it and needless to say there it was there. Another half hour later they now couldn’t find the hole. After I got super upset it was suddenly found and the car was done in under 15 minutes. I do have to say that they are all extremely nice and polite. I think this is a reflection on how their work flow is organized and perhaps lack of supervision rather than individual ability or customer service.

They are in a great location in the city. They are very accommodating and polite. They are in the city so they can be a little more expensive but they are willing to work with your schedule and call you to give you updates about your car
