The warranty team from Kay Builders were great in "fixing" the concerns we had inside the house. If fact, they even went beyond what was on the Sheet to be done. Very satisfied with this service. They also did caulking on many of the outside spaces where the initial caulking had pulled away from the vinyl siding.

Nice new 55+ house community, but it’s still being built which leads to the roads being very dirty and dust in the air.

Be very careful before giving any money to the builders. There’s a deposit to hold a lot and another deposit to get blueprints. They do tell you you don’t get any of that back if you change your mind, regardless of the reason. So be completely sure or you will lose money, as we did. Lesson learned!
