Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. I have never had an issue with anyone that works there or receiving the information or customer service that I needed. For the people that complain about having their water cut off with no warning, that is why they offer automatic draft. Saves everyone a lot of time, energy and money.

Paid my water bill at 8:14am this morning and they didn’t come cut the water back on and they’re closed for the weekend it’s horrible that they would do this during a pandemic

Good paying customer for over 15 years. No bill, no notice, little POS comes out in a pick up truck to disconnect for 5seconds and charge me 90 plus dollars to reconnect . Bill is never over 14 dollars ever. Can you say crooks.

Monopolies should be illegal, even for utilities, & this company is a good reason why. If I had literally ANY other choice for water & sewer I would choose that option, literally any single other choice over this horrible company. They are like Hughes Net Internet, but for water; because they are the only place you can use for water, they try to bleed you of every dime & penny you have. Horrible company.
