They should have the manager of the store listed on the website - and the phone number to reach them versus “press 8 for the bakery”. Customer service seems to be non-existent. They don’t answer the phone - and when I did get through to speak to someone...she never called back - so, I had to call again....talked to some guy...who then transferred me to....the woman who didn’t call me back - and then told me that my delivery....I would receive a call “around 10 after 7 tonight when we’re getting ready to leave”....I said I don’t want a call when “you’re ready to leave”...I want a call when you’re here.. She said fine....sooooo, it’s 6:09 PM...I wonder if they will actually deliver tonight - or - not. Maybe a call? Maybe not? I will be in the store tomorrow to get my delivery fee of $24 back. She had no idea what was going on....she said the driver hadn’t seen “my piece of paper”...then she never called back. It’s not supposed to be this hard.JEWEL - WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT????

My cashier was Fabian according to my receipt. I shopped Sunday Feb 6 at 830pm. I tried to hand Fabian my bags. He stared at me and did not move a muscle until I put them on the conveyer belt. He rang up all the items then stood there watching, not moving, not offering the bag my groceries. There was no one behind me, he wasn't doing anything else. Just standing and staring the opposite direction while I bagged my groceries. Apparently this is a bag our own stuff place now. I'll take my business elsewhere from here on out.

I have been shopping here for ages. Staff is friendly, the store is clean. My favourite items are sushi, deserts and bananas. Also they have great selection of flowers. If you get vaccination from COVID, they give 20 dollars discount from orders over 200.
