After not returning calls about billing for over 2 months I reported them to the BBB. This was after they refused to let me speak to the office manager. They still haven’t called me and removed my access to my medical records so I cannot give them to a new PCP. Unethical and uncooperative. PA Tucker was great so hate I lost her due to poor management.
