Dekeith and Kristin helped my boyfriend get moved in a few weeks ago. Everything was quick and the apartment was in a perfect location near the pool and dog park. The neighbors even brought over a welcome gift and made us feel we made the right choice between here or the other property.

They are going after the people doing this. take a picture of them in your spot and their plate. People think that because the office is closed on Sunday, they can get away with it. Make sure they get a nice surprise Monday morning.

I lived there 5 years and there were 2 shooting on the property
The pool keeps getting closed because people keep damaging it. The reason its closed today is because someone took a rock and smashed a tile out of the wall and it left jagged edges by the stairs where the kids can slip and get seriously injured if they happen to fall onto this part of the wall. The office has been notified of the damage. Scott, There is a pool monitor but he can not be there 24 hours a day. Also people need to treat the pool as it is their own and if they see someone damaging it, report it to the office ASAP. A lot of people see things going on and just ignore it saying it is not their problem.
The walls are very thin and apartments above are not carpeted, so you will hear stomping
