Tawanna Henderson is horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could This place has went down hill since they changed management. I don’t know what is it going to take to make weller see they need a new property manager for this site. Communication is horrible, information is backwards and often contradicting.. I get this is your job and you already subconsciously rule the day as stressful but, we are only people wanting a place to stay for no only us but our families. Get a manager in there who actually WANTS TO HELP!

My experience has been horrible. Tawanna Henderson did not want to assist me any further than what she had to. No In depth answers just blunt and rude. She acts like she cares and wants to get you In but she really doesn’t. She stresses so much about how her job is so rough to every future resident that walks in. I can never get anyone on the phone because they swear they have no staff but at the end of the day you need to take care of people you know have money that’s willing and ready. Tawanna literally gave me the run around she told me to wait a week and I would here from her. I heard nothing so I called & when I called she acted like I was bothering her. 3 weeks later I had no idea I was denied until I actually called. There is no contact at all. This manager is HORRIBLE. I have a huge following on Facebook and I am so close to tagging WELLER management and BRISTOL apartments.
