I have lived here for a year and love it! Danielle In the office is always super helpful and maintenance is always there within 24 hours which is huge living in apartment complex! So conveniently located between woodruff rd and Pelham.

I am very much satisfied with the community management and services. There are few minor things which can be made better like the gymnasium can be more equipped, tennis court can be made functional and more lighting in the complex but anyways, the complex is really good in its current shape also. I love the responsiveness of the staff and their cordial nature as well as the initiatives they have taken for the betterment of the complex. I particularly love the greenery all around and facilities like swimming pool, gymnasium, car wash, children park and club house along with the other things. I would surely recommend anybody looking for a peaceful residence in the lap of nature to come and try Huntington Downs apartments.
