I've really enjoyed living here! The management team is awesome. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly and work is completed efficiently. Your account is managed online through a pretty robust system so its very convenient if you need to place any requests, payments, etc. There's plenty of available parking (not assigned). Quiet neighborhood but close to everything you need like grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. I know this is an older building but the renovations are really nice. Rooms are spacious, kitchen has brand new appliances, washer and dryer already in the unit so no extra costs there! Plus the place has a variety of lease options which offer flexibility for people who are trying to relocate and/or buy. Highly recommend!!

Me and my now fiancé have been here over a year it was cool at first until earlier this year lots of auto break ins and management had done nothing about it no talks of cameras or anything a person's entire car was stolen. Good neighborhood just be mindful of the thefts. Maintenance is great always helpful.
