Lived here for a few years in two different units and I definitely recommend Stoney Creek! The complex has that South Austin charm to it that so many of the newer constructions do not have! Cool neighbors good location but really what makes this place great is the management! Katie was awesome but she had to leave the position now Alexa took over and she is doing a great job! 5 stars! They always made sure I was taken care of with any maintenance issue right away and Rudy the head maintenance man is very knowledgeable and knows how to do the job right! Thank you!

There's a crumpy man in the pool named William. He harasses people on the pool usually questioning them their apartment number asking them if they live there and how much money they pay on monthly rent. He was asking people for their id. I was visiting my mother and witness this horrible chaos provoked by that man William. He shouldn't be allowed at the pool. My mother lives by the pool balcony and we always hear Him on random bases. I witnessed His whole scenario on How He was talking to residents in the apartment complex. He says he's the security but, He doesn't wants to identify Himself. I think it's very unprofessional, unnecessary, rude and horrible there's a man Harassing everyone out there when there resident's are trying to have a pool time. Following them shirtless and with out shoes in the parking lot.

I've lived in Austin my whole life and it's great to have a place like Stony Creek still available. There's a great pool with outdoor cooking amenities, where you will always see neighbors preparing food and eating together. The grounds are very clean and the dog park is quite large. Management is super responsive and always takes notice of any maintenance issues that may occur. This place is one of the last South Austin apartment complexes that feels like home. Getting tacos is easy and there's a great vegan spot less that a mile away if you have an aversion to meat. Apartments come furnished with the smart feature and I know I've saved money on my electric bill being able to monitor my AC from my phone. Hands down, this is the best place to live in South Austin.
