Trillium was a great place to live. I lived here for about 18 months and regretted moving out nearly immediately. The units are very nice and new and rarely had problems. When problems did occur, everything was fixed promptly. The complex has the perfect size and feel. It’s large enough to have staff on-site and a beautiful pool, but not too big where there are other issues like noise or things being maintained. I’d highly recommend living here.

Cute apartment complex but overpriced

We could NOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT!! these apartments are not worth your money. There are a bunch of things wrong with it. We were glad to move out a couple of weeks ago. 1. You hear police/fire trucks sirens almost every 30 minutes!! 2.they do not I repeat, they DO NOT clean your home prior to move in. When we moved in the floors were super dirty, the washer, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator were left dirty, they claim to clean the carpet but they don't! 3. They try to control what you put on your balcony! YOUR BALCONY, a balcony that you are paying over 2000 for! 4. They try to control everything you do. 5.the water smells like a bunch of chlorine products 6. There is no closet space nor storage place 7. After move out they will try to charge you for every little thing, especially for things that they already have to do, like repaint the walls. Our move out charge was extremely high for an apartment that we left super clean! 8. The mailboxes are always left open 9. Packages are constantly being stolen I mean the list goes on and on. In the end, I would just recommend getting an apartment somewhere else that is cheaper or better than wasting money at this dump.

First of all, this place has a great vibe to it and the people that work in the office are amazing, such as Nakeiya Espinoza. She is super friendly, easy to talk to, and super helpful in answering questions and making sure your place is great!
