Great location, service and amenities but I’ve had too many frustrating experiences to really recommend this place. Biggest issue for me is bike storage- if you use it you’ll end up with your bike stolen. Mine was locked up and is now gone, no cameras. Package room/delivery system is terrible, you’re in for a rough time if you like to get things delivered. I currently have an important package inaccessible because they won’t fix the door/entry system. Parking is rough, you’re either in a huge parking garage with a walk home or in a very non-secure, tiny lot.

Have lived here for the past year and it's been a great experience. The staff is welcoming and engaged (shout out to Erick and Cynthia), and really care about improving the community too. Wanted to specifically shout-out Jesse, who's quick and excellent maintenance work has helped me out of quite a few pinches over the past year!

Location, location, location! Love living here due to the complex’s proximity to parks, restaurants, and other fun things to do. In just a few minutes we can be downtown, on the hike and bike, or near any of the shopping in Sunset Valley. Being next to the Broken Spoke is another big plus. This complex takes care of its residents - we’ve been really happy with the maintenance, who are super responsive and friendly. They’ve also done some nice perks for the residents every so often, such as a free gelato day. The apartment pools are really nice. We’ve enjoyed using them during the summer and are glad to have well maintained grounds to enjoy. Overall, it’s been a good experience and is one of the better complexes we’ve lived in.

The maintenance team at The 704 is incredibly responsive and helpful. The hallways are usually clean and the two pools are very very nice. The horrible package delivery system and the frustrations that come with “unable to deliver” packages is why I cannot give them 5/5 stars.

Thanks for submitting your question! Each lease signer receives a permit to park in the parking garage behind the security gate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Residents may lease additional parking permits for $20 per month, or a reserved parking space for $100 per month. Guests must register with Parking Snap to park on the roof in the uncovered spaces. Thanks for your question. We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted. A non-refundable $300 pet fee, a refundable $200 pet deposit, and $15 monthly pet rent is required for each pet.
