How dangerous is the complex (likelihood of being shot,stabbed, or have to deal with druggies/bangers)?

I lived there 5 years and there were 2 shooting on the property

In less than a year of being here, there has been two shootings, two cases that I know of where people have broken into cars. The latter car break in, a car was stolen. There is absolutely no security measures from the complex.

Have a friend that stay out there say they've remodeled and cleaned it up.

Its been awhile since I've lived there , it maybe better now, just go visit and see. Sorry 🤔
