They do not promise anything except that they will work hard for you...and that's what is honest about this firm. They don't promise you thousands or millions...they keep it real. They will be up front with you and will do whatever you want, but will also tell you what to expect. I cannot thank Genevieve enough for being honest with me and helping me with my choices. She stuck with me and I appreciate that!

Just go see the folks and clardy law firm. She might be a little sore now but it could get worse over time and then it will be to late. They get paid when you do so it's worth just talking to them.

I text a guy that was 15 but stating he was 18, I never met the guy , he broke his his mom's computer and iPhone, his dad is trying to get me to pay 4000.00 or he will turn it over to the police, what should I do

Go to the police first, before the dad does. Be completely truthful with the police. You may not have committed a crime, but the dad may be guilty of extortion by demanding money in exchange for his silence. If he really believes his minor child is a victim of a crime, it's his responsibility to go to the authorities. To first tell you to give him money in order to prevent legal consequences is extortion and that's illegal. If the police charge you with something, then get a lawyer. In the future, always insist on being given documentation of proof of age, something you can keep on your phone or computer, or that you can print. Ignorance of the law is not considered innocence in the eyes of the law. Good luck.
