I made an appointment for 9:15 ,when I got there the rude man at the front desk said me and another woman of color had to put on a mask, yet there were other people in the office without a mask then he tells me the person that took my call made a mistake and my appointment is next Monday then after a few words of upset he says we'll you come back at 11am after getting loud and upset even more they made my appointment right away very, extremely, poor customer service 😢
