In my experience it’s impossible to reach their customer service. I once missed my bus due to a delayed train ride and called multiple times to reuse the ticket but the phone just kept ringing. I even emailed them but I never got a response. It’s been 3 months now. Another time I scheduled a return ticket and the bus never showed up. I was stranded and had to use an uber. I called and emailed and no one ever got back to me. So I don’t recommend.

I scheduled a bus for 4:15pm at St. Olaf college and on my way to the bus stop I watched the bus leave at 4:12pm. When I called them they gaslighted me as if I was the late one. Horrible customer service and I am still yet to receive an apology for their mistake.

We used a large coach bus to get several of our wedding Guests to and from a wedding venue 45 minutes from our home and neighborhood. They all appreciated a safe and worry free transportation and it was one less thing for the mother of the bride to worry about on the wedding day. I highly recommend it.
