I want to come but none of friends want to do this...so what's the best time to do this

We did the 1 hour sunset ride. They want you to make reservations for that. We all had a blast. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

In my opinion the afternoon is the best time

Animals tend to be more active before noon.

I believe their is no bad time, what a great experience, everyone is so friendly
