There's a public boat launch there; seen numerous individuals launching & loading
While there I seen a few boats launched. Not sure if it has to be reserved or if there's a fee.
First you need to book online. The ride has a time it's started and ended. Yes, there's a boat ramp. It's fun . Just book only it's easy
We did see a boat ramp, but sure it's for public use as we didn't see anyone launching boat when we were there
