We went into the ER for my fiance, who had an inflamed right eye that was not getting better. It was a decent amount of wait time, but the nurses and physician's were great when she was seen. That was hands down the best experience we have ever had in an ER. All of the staff were competent with a wonderful bedside manor. The wait could be improved, but it's very possible that was because of the time they dedicate to each patient.

This place gives me vertigo everytime i go here for an appointment. The windows are all glass and the dept i go to is on the 12th floor. I am literally terrified of heights. It would be nice if they could make a dept closer to the ground. The wait time here is awful. 3 and a half hours.
Pamela Pica
Why schedule me for 11:15 if you can't see me at that time. Every other time I've been here earlier I've been seen right away. People have lives.
Fernando Benitez
My experiences here have been the best a great staff

Hello, I’ve had a Trab in both eyes, one in August and other in December. It was very quick, less then an hour in OR, you are awake (which scared me to death) but you don’t feel anything and Don’t know what’s going on. There was no pain post op, the eye itches somewhat and a little uncomfortable when you blinked because eyelid rubbing against suture. Little swelling and drooping of eyelid for about a week but was no where near as bad as I imagined
You can call 215-928-3041 for an appointment in our Primary Eye Care service.
If it is a specialized center you should have the service. In any case, investigate a lot, because there are alternatives of all kinds on the market, and the result for your small 9-year-old treasure will depend a lot.
Please call 215-928-3041 to make an appointment to be evaluated and given options for treatment.

My experience so far with Wills Eye has been at the doctors and the people like the nurses of great people but management is overworking them all. And make mistakes which is dangerous when it comes to medicine and treatment. For temporary disability I was continuously informing them I needed them to do their part and for over a month I did not get a single sent from the state of New Jersey. It wasn't until a nurse from Thomas Jefferson Kennedy Hospital in Sewell New Jersey help me by contacting them at their manager at Wills I finally took care of it and while I was on the phone with him I informed him that permanent disability needed my medical records and that Wills I was the only one that had not sent them to the state of New Jersey. Then I took several weeks of the same kind of headaches just to have them send my medical records to the state of New Jersey.
Check with either Dr. Jonathan Myers or Dr. Richard Kaiser, both affiliated with Wills Eye. Myers is in Philadelphia and Kaiser is in Bethlehem.
The best way to find out is to go in to the hospital and ask. Forget the internet. Do not delay. Call and tell them it is urgent.
Not sure. But my hubby goes to Dr. Jonathan Myers in Philadelphia and Dr. Richard Kaiser in Bethlehem, both with Wills Eye. Suggest you start with one of them. Good luck!
Lots of warm compresses, as hot as you can tolerate for at least 10 minutes, scrub the lids with baby shampoo twice daily, and artificial tears. If that doesn't help, see a doctor.
You may want to start with Dr. Jonathan Myers, Wills Eye, Philadelphia. Or Dr. Richard Kaiser, Wills Eye, Bethlehem. My hubby goes to both for different problems. Dr. Kaiser does macular work.
