We would really need to see your son to figure out what is happening. You need to be seen for a general visit in our Cataract and Primary Eye Care Service. Please fill out this detailed form at https://www.willseye.org/generalvisit/ Someone will contact you within 72 hours to set up an appointment. Thank you

Wow that sounds a lot is going on. Wills Eye Hospital has an emergency room. I am not qualified to give any medical advice so I definitely won't be doing that. I'm sorry your son is in such discomfort and pain but I'd get him to their ER for a formal diagnosis and treatment.
