I have been the customer for the past several years. The last glasses this shop made for me were outrageously defective both optically and aesthetically. When I asked to fix the problem they referred me to my insurance company, that allegedly would provide the warranty. My insurance company reported that my insurance benefits were never used for this item (and for the glasses they made for me one year prior as well). Therefore referring me to my insurance for the repair was outright lie. As an outcome, I spent about $600 for the glasses I could not use. Conclusion: 1. even if you are the long term customer this shop can deceive you at any point of time. 2. apparently they do not know how to use the vision insurance benefits. 3. they are very good at chutzpah.
