Will not prompt when extra services cost more and will do them anyway. Keep aware if they do more than a regular eye exam, you'll be seeing extra charges coming through not just your vision plan but medical insurance. Avoid if you don't have a full understanding of what's being charged and don't want to have to keep on your toes about what's being done. Just keep the patient in the loop on costs and charges if you don't want to mislead them. Awful.

Excellent, clean office and easy to get to, even from the suburbs. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I've been seeing Dr. VanHorn for about 3 or 4 years. She always answers my questions clearly and honestly, and I would recommend her to anyone. Also, I don't know his name, but the gentleman who manages the frame/lens center is incredibly helpful. All around a great practice!

Had a great experience at Dr. Ward’s office - from making a new patient appointment to the visit itself! The team was fantastic and I moved through my visit quickly and with ease.
