The worst experience of my life. First time in my life since I was 12 and I'm 65 now I had an eye exam that lasted 15 minutes and on top of that they got the prescription wrong and was mad when I told them so

I am vacation in Atlanta city. I when in the ocean a wave hit me and I lost my glasses. I could bearly see ,so Google the near eye doctor in the area. They said I need my prescription. I call Philadelphia vision center. They said fax them authorization for the eye doctor. The next door I have a new pair of glasses. I am so happy. I can see again. Lesson learn Donot wear your glasses in the ocean. Thank-you You make my day

With the exception of the woman at the front desk, the customer service was terrible. The prescription for my glasses were incorrect. I could not see. Met with the optometrist and he said there's nothing wrong and that I was making things up. The place is dirty. The woman at the front desk with braids was extraordinary. She tried to fix the problem. Everyone one else was not helpful at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Hope this helps someone the headache I am going through. Thank you.

The office was neat and spacious, with adequate lighting and seating. The receptionists were prompt and pleasant, and one of them (Lateefa) who assisted me in selecting the glass-frame was patient, keen, and helpful. The eye doctor (Dr. Pach) was very efficient and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a stress-free, enjoyable, and memorable visit.
