Don't know if he would be the one, but my husband goes to Dr. Jonathan Myers, Wills Eye in Philadelphia. Start with him. The other doctor is Richard Kaiser, associated with Wills Eye. He is located in Bethlehem, PA. Wills Eye is the best in the world in our opinion. Good luck!
