My suggestion would be to start with either Dr. Jonathan Myers in Philadelphia or Dr. Richard Kaiser in Bethlehem, PA. Both are Wills Eye doctors. If this is not their specialty, they will tell you who is. Wills Eye is the best eye hospital in the world. If anyone can help you, they can!!
