In 1987 I was seen by a doctor due to an accident I was involved in. I am from New Jersey. This was a one day visit. My question is "do you still have records from that year in your archives?" Through the years I have misplaced this report.

Call the hospital and ask for the medical records department, they will be able to search for your prior records. Good luck!
