What doctor specializes in tear duct surgery? I’ve had surgery for a cancerous growth on the lower eyelid which has damaged the tear duct. Can any doctor help me?

Both of those doctors are excellent but you need an oculoplastics doctor. Call the main number and ask for an appointment with any doctor in that department. Drs. Rabinowitz, Carrasco, Penne and Bilyk are all great.

I would call Philadelphia directly and ask. My hubby goes to Dr. Jonathan Myers, Philadelphia, for high eye pressure and to Dr. Richard Kaiser in Bethlehem, Wills Eye, for eye injections for macular degeneration. Both are excellent but I would call Philadelphia. Hope this helps.
