Chris is super helpful and awesome. Although good luck when trying to get ahold of someone in the office. Unless your on site and can walk into the office, good luck. We’ve lived here a couple years now, started off in a downstairs unit and could literally hear EVERYTHING from our upstairs neighbor. When we complained about it they gave us an option to move upstairs for an extra 400. My husband works mornings so of course we had to take that, or break the lease. Within the first day of moving in my downstairs neighbors tried complaining about the noise. I disputed that with the office because that was the whole reason we moved and paid an extra fee a month. The floors are paper thin! And rent keeps shooting up. Rent is up to 1920 and just keeps getting higher. And if we wanted to resign they only give you 6 months option at market price of 2200+. The apartments are okay, their nice inside and spacious, but there’s two sister properties and only one tiny gym and pool for both properties. I don’t know, good luck.
