Good god, man. I try my best to find things on my own, but when I am in a hurry or am not sure about finding something that I don't normally get, I ask an associate. I had associates who were looking at their phones while leaning up on the aisle before I asked them for help. I had associates who had no clue AT all where to even START in finding an item I was looking for. They instead would use their phones to look it up. I mean, come on, I know this is 2022, and we all think we're super sonic and geeked-out on tech, but you gotta have at least SOME clue in the "real world" where something is in the store, or at least accompany us in finding someone who does. Keep in mind that this store is never busy, at least in the many times I've gone, excluding holidays.

I will get his name but the guy in plumbing rescued me big time the other day. Older, tall gent. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, saved me. I hope he stays there.

Home depot in Marlborough is like most other Home Depot stores. Great variety and stocks most items, but also like other home depot's, their online pickup still needs some improving to be at the same level as other stores.

They always have the products I use at a good price. I'm in the process of updating my home an will be making many visits. Last summer I bought all the wood for my new big deck an they had everything. It was before lumber soared in price but still a bit high. It cost around $2000 approx. 20x17 with benches wrapped around an small platform that leads to the garage an stairs to back yard. I loved that they had everything in stock an easily returned warped peices. We left the old supports because they were good. The price includes all hardware. Debbie/Marlborough Store
