Due to her negligence as a customer service representative manager to this major this company just lost a loyal customer. Terrible...bought pair of sneakers Tues which the sales person disappeared for 30 minutes. Finally found another pair of shoes and sales person. Brought my sneakers home wore around house for a little bit realized they were hurting . Tried to return and they said soles were dirty! No way....awful...now stuck with 55.00 sneakers I cant use. Will not be returning to this store. Buyer beware

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
