It is a shame that the music section is shrinking and they're mostly sticking to trends but everything here is at good prices and the staff were friendly. However, I picked out a CD of Exodus's newest album and I noticed a crack in it. When I was picking it out, I saw multiple other copies. Then when I went to get another one, I couldn't find them. Once you pick a CD but change your mind, good luck finding the right spot to put it back or getting another copy! Staff won't apply any discounts on items that are damaged. Where I work, we give customers at least 10% off on items that have minor damages.

You ever walk into a place and just know you were going to get exactly the help you needed when you needed it? And that the staff were going to be pleasant, charming, engaging, and helpful? Me, neither, but Newbury Comics was kinda like that.

Good Store with friendly staff. The only reason I’m giving them 3 out of 5 stars is because they didn’t have any DVDs and a small amount of CDs. But overall it’s a cool store that’s worth checking out

Great shop for both the kids and the adults in your life! We actually manage to get a significant amount of our holiday and birthday shopping done here. Also if the don't have what your looking for just ask they can order most items and have them shipped in a reasonable time! Very helpful staff
