It's a Wendy's. With that being said, the morning staff are super friendly, and are pretty quick. They are always extremely cordial, greeting you with a smile, and wishing you a good day with a genuineness that you don't typically get from this type of place. And they have never messed up my order. I wish they could go train the other restaurants in the plaza.....

Ordered on app for take out but after reaching found the shop was closed, only drive thru was available. The lady at the window was insensitive even after explaining, asked to come around in drive thru line which took more than 30mins, besides pretending that she couldn't find order number. Disgusting experience!

Incredibly slow service and frequently taking mobile dine-in orders only for the dining room to be closed and the drive through to have a 15-20min wait, which means your order has been done and sitting there for that time. After this happened for the fourth time in a month, I've decided to post about it. Until they remember how to actually staff their restaurant, avoid at all costs Edit: Also, look at reviews in the past 1-2 months, and you'll see others saying the same thing. Likely a problem with management not willing to pay people to work here or otherwise mismanaging the staff. Avoid!

Normally I have no problems here. But today, the girl running the drive through was extremely rude I pulled up to the intercom and with no one saying anything after about 30 seconds I just said hello, to see if they knew I was there. Then no reply after a minute so I said hello again. The girl then replied very annoyed “We know you’re there.” I then waited an a man took my order and he was great. Then I get to the window and the girl is there and she then keeps staring at me till I look up she then slowly starts smirking and giving me a rude stare like I’ve done something extremely rude. and leaves the window. She then comes back a minute later and proceeded to as slowly as she could hand me my food. And was even more rude. I don’t know what her problem was. But it’s probably some of the worst service I’ve ever received.

I had to wait almost 40 mins, watched my tank use up about 5 almost 6 miles during the wait... The line for drive thru, seemed like I was behind less then 8 cars, yet took almost 40 mins. Ordered medium fries. Sm chili & baked potato. Got to window FINALLY, and the kid says, they were outta baked potatos. So I pay, to quick glance in bag, and just drove home. Instead of items ordered I ended up with a small chili with cheese, but also cold onions thrown on top. Then didn't see usual fries container, but see instead of plain fries, got some soggy fries drenched in cheese and bacon(?). My visit last week to same Wendy's was same deal, about 6 cars Infront and took almost 45 minutes to finally pay and drive off. Tonight's visit, I'm putting that place on-blast and revising my old review.
