I just got a notice my monthly fee us going up. For a place that hasn't had a working elevator near my unit and absolutely does not have control of their temperature. I'll be finding a new storage unit before my increase goes into effect. My original post below was for Cube Smart Setting up my rental online was easy. I didnt set auto pay up right but the staff at this location were awesome about fixing that. Jordan has provided me top notch customer service any time I contact the office. The facility is clean and there are always carts at the doors for customer use

Price Fluctuations without any information. Says price can increase every 6 months but can't say how much. Could walk into a price increase of 80$ every 6 months. Remedy is to move. YIkes moving a storage unit every 6 months?? Certainly, there should be some guideline not just open ended depending on what the overhead expense need is. Disappointing and pass.

Great customer service. Storage unit clean. Recommend! Was told rental rate would not raise. Not so great. Told me rate would not go up. Manager lied just to get me in. Owner called and told me to talk to office. Office told me too bad. It is what it is. Being a senior on a fixed income the rate quoted was important not to change and so suddenly at that.

I appreciated having a clean storage unit for my belongings. The staff on hand were always helpful if I needed assistance with finding a cart to use. I appreciated that the restroom was also in clean condition when I needed to use it. My two storage units were only one row apart making things easier to locate what I needed.
