They have a tenet that rumages thru everybody's trash routinely, and despite complaining for the last few months, nothing is done about it. She actually climbs in the dumpsters, roots thru every garbage bag, and still hikes up rent!!

These apartments are filthy and the staff purposefully never answer the phone and are of no help. Also takes weeks before they fulfill work orders . Will never live here again

Don’t let these reviews fool you I’ve never had a bad experience with maintenance the best turn around time compared to all my previous apartments. Leasing staff and management are very friendly and professional, new security is also doing a great job keeping the community in check and the pool is no longer flooded with random people.

So theres a lot to be said by these apartments. Im gonna try to break it down as black and white as possible. Pros: apartments look somewhat decent, nice pool/club house, dog friendly, good location. CONS: limited access to YOUR OWN MAIL, zero maintenance response, horrible towing policies, and im gonna elaborate on all that. So in my 4 year stay here, I have waited over a year, multiple times, for maintenance, like MANDATORY needed maintenance, over & over. Some things never worked such as my blinds, that i cant close, so everyone can see in at night, and 4 years later im still waiting!! They towed my car, with a parking permit, that was registered, with NO NOTICE, after it sat with a flat tire for 2 days cause I worked full time and wasn't able to handle it till the weekend, being a single mom we have to juggle, but anyway .. Don't expect to get your mail if you work full time cause there's only access to the mail room during office hours, so yep, once a week at best! I really wanted to be able to leave a decent review cause I did like my apartment, but all the factors, its just not worth What they charge. Oh yeah, and your utilities are shared. So no matter how much, or how lil u use, you're still paying for every one else!! Last thing, you the idea of GIANT flying roaches bothers you, then this place may not be for you, if you go outisde after 10pm, watch where you step and wear closed toe shoes! Learned the hard way.
