The office has always been responsive and helpful anytime I have had an issue plus with the resident portal it's easier to make requests or ask for help plus having the comfort of a gated community grounds are clean because of it. And they are the first complex I have lived at that bring treats and goodies throught the year just definitely makes me feel grateful in making a good choice living here.

They seriously need to do something about the parking issue and they need to allow residents to buy guest decals to park inside the gates. update : they added more reserved parking spaces which means even less parking spaces for those who don’t have reserved parking.

Even if it's an "unassigned" parking spot, you still have to buy a parking pass. You probably didnt and that's why they towed you lol.
Make sure you talk to management about rent and such as well as parking. Better to hear from the horses mouth.
Anyone can rent here....they have a lot of empty apartments
Are the apartments horrible for towing your car or did you park in a spot you weren't supposed to? They only tow if you A) park in someone's spot or B) park in a spot without a parking pass
No, non students can live at Lark s well.
The premises itself is wheelchair accessible, but as far as I know that only holds true if one were to rent a 1st floor unit. I'm not positive if there are different layouts involving accessibility, however the buildings I've seen all utilize stairs between floors!
I believe the only thing you can do is sell it to someone else, but then you're responsible if they ruin the apartment or don't pay the rent. Although you could always try looking it up or asking the foundation workers.
No, anybody can live here. "Student Housing" just means the ammenities are geared TOWARDS studens, as well as you pay for bed space and not the whole Unit. It is not required to be a student.
