Ok update... I got a reference for the cost and not a bill. They never billed me. It is a simple way to go and helped us a few times this year. They only had the 48 hour tests so still only 4 starts, but really easy. $505 Bill... Great to get the test. Really simple... UNTIL the $505 bill!!! It costs them $505 to run this test? I swabbed and packed it myself. Yikes!!!! This is astonishing!!!

Went in person since it was stated that they are open online. Found no one there but a sign stating that the location is closed until further notice.

Staff were friendly and informative and patiently explaining the test procedure making the whole testing process really simple. Rapid test results came in within an hour. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took 7 days to get our pcr results i.e., after actually calling to enquire about it.

Usually the rapid are within hours. Check and see if you recieved an email from them when you registered. If the email is incorrect, then you won't receive the rapid results. You can also call, but they may just have you repeat the test. We had to do that once :(
